Clarifications on how to choose, on migration and on contract terms.

Business Email is a shared service sized on total storage and mailbox count, suited to anyone who needs professional addresses on their own domain. The Dedicated Mail Server assigns a server reserved for a single organisation, with unlimited domains and mailboxes, its own IP address and no sending limits.
When outbound volume is significant, or when delivery is an operational requirement. With a reserved address, sending reputation depends solely on your organisation's behaviour rather than on the other customers sharing the platform.
Yes. It is enough to change the MX records at the provider managing the domain's DNS. The domain can also be transferred to us during the order, in which case the configuration is applied automatically.
On Business Email and Exchange Online, reconfiguration support is included (DNS, clients and delivery checks); moving messages already stored in the source mailboxes is an optional service to agree separately. On the Dedicated Mail Server, transferring existing mail is part of the agreed activation path.
Yes. Moving between solutions involves a mailbox migration that we schedule together, with delivery active throughout the transfer.
