One mailbox state, across every device

The difference between downloading mail onto one device and consulting it everywhere in the same state.

Data lives in the tenant

Messages, calendars, contacts and tasks are stored in the Microsoft tenant. Devices display a view of it, not a copy to reconcile.

Consistency across clients

A message read, an item moved or an appointment created on one device is reflected immediately on all the others, browser access included.

Continuity after a failure

Losing or replacing a device does not mean losing correspondence: the mailbox is rebuilt at the first sign-in.

More than mail: the Microsoft applications

Depending on the profile, the licence covers the mailbox alone or the entire productivity suite.

Microsoft 365 applications: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Outlook on desktop, browser and phone

The mailbox is reached from the installed application, from Outlook on the web and from the mobile apps, with the same folders and the same rules.

  • Word, Excel and PowerPoint to install

With the 365 Business Standard profile the desktop applications install on five computers, five tablets and five smartphones per user.

  • Teams and OneDrive in the same profile

Meetings, chat and 1 TB of personal storage belong to the same licence: no separate contract and no extra configuration.

What you gain over buying directly

The licences are the same ones Microsoft sells. What changes is who configures them and follows them over time.

Preliminary sizing

We check how many seats are needed and which licence profile fits, avoiding the purchase of components that will never be used.

Tenant configuration

Domain, DNS records, security policies and user accounts are prepared by us before the service is handed over to the people who will use it.

Correspondence migration

Existing mailboxes are transferred with messages, folders, calendars and contacts, without interrupting delivery.

Multi-factor authentication

Mailbox access is protected with two-step verification, by now an essential control against credential theft.

Built-in Microsoft protection

Exchange Online Protection filters malware and unwanted mail on Microsoft infrastructure, before delivery to the mailbox.

Support through us

Requests go through our support desk rather than generalist channels, with ownership until the issue is verified as resolved.

Single invoice

Licences, domains and other active services sit within one contractual relationship and one invoice.

Adjustable seat count

Licence numbers follow headcount: seats are added or removed without reworking the tenant configuration.

The differences between the three profiles

The comparison covers the components included in the licence. Everything else is identical.

How activation is reached

The process starts with a preliminary review: licences are purchased only once the scope is defined.

1

Requirements review

We assess the number of seats, the applications actually needed and the mail system currently in use, then indicate the appropriate licence profile.

2

Tenant preparation

We register the domain on the tenant, configure DNS records, security policies and user accounts, and enable two-step verification.

3

Migration and handover

We transfer existing mailboxes, verify synchronisation across devices and hand credentials over to the people involved.

Frequently asked questions about Exchange Online

Because seat count and licence profile must be defined before purchase: Microsoft licences are assigned to named users and bound to the tenant. A preliminary review avoids activating unnecessary components or undersizing the team.
Plan 1 covers mail with calendars and contacts. Plan 2 adds in-place archiving and data loss prevention, useful where retention obligations apply. 365 Business Standard also includes the Office applications, Teams and OneDrive storage.
