We need the credentials of your current panel, or FTP access and a database dump. If you do not know where to find them, we will guide you.

We transfer files, databases and mailboxes to the new space and give you a test address so you can verify that everything responds as before.

We switch the DNS

Only once you have confirmed do we point the domain at our servers. The old hosting stays active until propagation is complete.

Frequently asked questions about Web Hosting

The practical criterion is the number of sites and mailboxes. Essential is enough for a brochure site with a few addresses, Value is the most common choice for a company, Premium is for when the projects become two, Ultra for when you manage client websites. If in doubt write to us before ordering: changing plan later is possible, but starting on the right one is easier.
It is included for the whole life of the plan, as long as the plan stays active with annual payment — not just the first twelve months. The domain is registered in your name: if one day you decide to move elsewhere, you take it with you.
Yes. The Softaculous installer included in Plesk publishes WordPress in a few clicks and handles its updates. For a high-traffic site or an online shop, however, consider LiteSpeed Hosting, where resources are reserved to your account and the LSCache engine noticeably reduces response times.
On Web Hosting the node resources are shared between accounts; on LiteSpeed each account has a reserved share of memory and CPU through CloudLinux. Web Hosting is the right choice when traffic is predictable and moderate; LiteSpeed when it is not, or when the site is an e-commerce.
No, shell access is not offered on shared plans: it is a security decision, because on a shared node shell access for one account exposes the others too. If your project needs SSH, Composer or WP-CLI, the correct route is a vServer.
Yes, at any time. We refund the unused months net of the discounts applied for multi-year payment. The domain registration fee is not refundable because it is paid to the registry at the moment of registration.
